Wire Sawing

Wire sawing is a technique that originated in quarries to extract stone. It is ideal for removing large sections of reinforced concrete and other hard materials such as piers, towers and bridge sections and for cutting where work space is restricted. A multi - strand cable fitted with diamond beads is threaded through a series of pulleys and is pulled continuously through the concrete. No concrete structure or cross section is too large to cut with a wire saws. Fast cutting times and low noise output are a further advantage.
